Return and Refund Policy

We do not offer a return or refund policy since all our products are customized and made to order. However, we do have an exchange policy applicable only in specific cases mentioned below.

Exchange Policy

You can request an exchange within 7 days of receiving your item if it meets any of the following conditions:

  • The product is damaged upon arrival
  • There is a manufacturing defect

To be eligible for an exchange, you must share an unboxing video of the product as proof at the time of opening the parcel. Exchanges without valid proof will not be accepted.

Once your exchange request is approved, we will arrange a replacement for the item.

Exceptions / Non-Exchangeable Items

Because all our items are custom-made, we cannot offer exchanges for reasons such as change of mind, personalization errors provided by the customer, or general dissatisfaction with design or color choices.
