Refund policy

At GiliGily, all our products are personalized, customized, and made-to-order specifically for each customer. Please read our policy carefully before placing an order.

Returns

We do not accept returns on any products.
Since all items are customized and created based on customer requirements, they cannot be returned once delivered.

Exchanges

We offer exchanges only in the following cases:

  • The product received is damaged during transit.
  • The product has a manufacturing defect.
  • The wrong product was delivered.

To be eligible for an exchange:

  • You must contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.
  • An unboxing video showing the sealed package being opened must be provided as proof.
  • The product must be unused and in its original condition.

  • Your order number
  • Clear photos of the product
  • The mandatory unboxing video
  • A brief description of the issue

Requests submitted without an unboxing video may not be eligible for review.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order immediately upon delivery.

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, contact us within 7 days of delivery so that we can evaluate the issue and arrange a replacement where applicable.

Non-Returnable & Non-Refundable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

  • Personalized products
  • Customized products
  • Made-to-order items
  • Bulk and corporate orders produced as per customer specifications
  • Sale or promotional items
  • Gift cards (if applicable)

Refunds

As all products are personalized and made-to-order, we do not offer refunds.

Refund requests for delivered orders will not be accepted except where required under applicable law.

Order Cancellations

Orders cannot be cancelled once placed because production begins shortly after order confirmation.
